Terms of Use

Welcome to MovStars. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the MovStars talent platform and app. By creating an account or using MovStars, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use MovStars. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Your content & ownership

• You may only upload videos that you created and to which you own all rights, or for which you have obtained all necessary permissions.
• You confirm, for every upload, that the content is your own original work and does not infringe anyone else's intellectual property or other rights.
• You retain ownership of your content. You grant MovStars a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and distribute your approved content within the service so it can be shown to other users.

3. Prohibited content

You may not upload, post, or share:

• Any third-party or copyrighted material you do not own the rights to.
• Content that infringes any copyright, trademark, or other right of any third party.
• Objectionable content, including illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or violent material.
• Spam, malware, or content that attempts to harm the service or other users.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive users. Violations result in removal and may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Moderation, reporting & blocking

Every upload is reviewed before it becomes public. Users can report any content and block any user from within the app. We review reports and act on them — typically within 24 hours — by removing violating content and, where appropriate, suspending the responsible account.

5. Intellectual property of others

MovStars respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. If you believe content on MovStars infringes your rights, email support@movstars.media with details and we will investigate and remove infringing material.

6. Termination

You may stop using MovStars and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

MovStars is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MovStars is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Apple standard EULA

If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time and will post the updated version here with a revised date.
